Where innovation becomes reality
Technology Adoption Advisory
Most technology adoption failures are not technical. They fail because the social, ethical, and organisational conditions for real-world use were never built alongside the technology itself. Ketran works at that intersection — where innovation stalls, pilots don't scale, and communities don't yet trust the system.
"Does the organisation need someone who can say no to technologists, clinicians, and policymakers — and explain why to each of them in their own language? If yes, Ketran fits."
We offer evidence-based senior advice around technical, human, ethical, and governance considerations — staying present through design, deployment, and evaluation, not just parachuting in at one stage. Value compounds by staying through the hard parts.
How we work
Embedded senior counsel across the full adoption lifecycle — from early-stage concept through real-world deployment and evaluation.
Early stage
Shaping early-stage ideas into testable prototypes — validating fast, before significant investment is committed. Co-design with stakeholders from the outset, not as an afterthought.
Retainer — 3 to 12+ months
Sustained senior counsel across a complex program, keeping scientific evidence, technical ambition, human reality, and governance readiness aligned as the project moves.
Fixed scope — 6 to 8 weeks
Structured diagnostic against real-world conditions: technical readiness, usability, ethical exposure, evidence standards, and governance gaps. Built to withstand scrutiny from funders, regulators, and clinicians.
Project-based
Decision-grade artefacts for government bodies, funders, and peak organisations — evidence frameworks, adoption standards, and policy-relevant evaluation designs built to outlive the project and shape real practice.
